Welcome to The Original Dancing Crab! These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions that apply when you use our website, browse our products, or make a purchase. By accessing our site or buying anything from us, you’re agreeing to these terms - so please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are
The Original Dancing Crab LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs this site and offers the products for sale you see here. Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us securely process orders and run our online operations.

2. Using Our Site
By using our site, you confirm that:

  • You’re using our site and buying products for personal use only - not for resale.

You may need to provide accurate info like your name, shipping address, and payment details when placing an order. Please keep your account secure, and let us know if you notice any unauthorized activity.

3. Product Info
We do our best to display product photos, descriptions, and pricing clearly. But sometimes colors may look a bit different depending on your screen settings.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time. We may also limit the quantity of items sold to a single person or household if needed.

4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you’re offering to buy a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer - and your order isn’t confirmed until you receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

We process payments securely through Shopify. By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • Your payment info is accurate and authorized

  • You’ll pay all applicable charges, including shipping and taxes

If there’s an issue with your order (like an incorrect address or declined payment), we may need to cancel or modify the order.

5. Shipping
Shipping estimates are just that - estimates. Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, we’re no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during transit.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once we ship your item.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, but only for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but may be eligible for store credit.

7. Intellectual Property
Everything you see on this site (text, photos, logos, product names, and designs) belongs to The Original Dancing Crab LLC or our partners and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You’re welcome to browse and shop, but copying, republishing, or distributing any content without permission isn’t allowed.

8. Third Party Tools & Links
We may offer features, apps, or links from third party services. We don’t control those, and we’re not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

Use third party tools or websites at your own risk. Be sure to review their policies before engaging with them.

9. Shopify’s Role
We use Shopify to run our online store and process transactions. While Shopify helps us power the site, your purchases are with us, not Shopify. They don’t handle customer service, returns, or disputes. That’s our job, and we’re happy to help.

10. Privacy
We take privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and share personal information. Some data may also be shared with Shopify or third-party services used to fulfill your order.

11. Feedback & Reviews
We love hearing from customers. If you leave a review or send us feedback, you agree that we can use your comments (without compensation) to help us improve or promote our products. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that’s offensive, misleading, or violates any laws.

12. Errors & Updates
Sometimes, typos or errors slip through. We reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes, product descriptions, or other content at any time, even after an order is placed. If something major changes that affects your order, we’ll let you know.

13. Don’t Misuse Our Site
You agree not to use our website for anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive, like spamming, hacking, or copying our content. We reserve the right to ban anyone who abuses the platform.

14. Ending This Agreement
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site if you violate these terms. You’re still responsible for any charges made before your access ends.

15. Legal Stuff
We do our best to provide accurate info and great service, but we can’t guarantee that everything will be perfect 100% of the time. The site and its content are offered “as is,” and we don’t make any guarantees or warranties beyond what the law requires.

We’re not liable for indirect damages like lost profits, missed opportunities, or emotional distress caused by your use of our site or products.

Our Dancing Crab toy is designed to be safe and fun for young children. However, as with any product intended for babies or toddlers, it should always be used only under direct adult supervision.

The Original Dancing Crab LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage that may occur from use of the product, lack of supervision, or modifications to the toy.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to use them in a safe manner, follow any instructions provided, and hold The Original Dancing Crab LLC harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use.
