Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Original Dancing Crab. If something's wrong, we promise to do our best to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return. After that, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on items that are: Unopened, Unused, Still in their original packaging, or In the same condition you received them.

Items that show signs of use (including scuffs, wear, marks, or any kind of tampering) are not eligible for a return or refund. Since this is a children’s toy, we take product condition seriously for safety and hygiene reasons.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before sending anything back.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, send an email to support@theoriginaldancingcrab.com or use the Contact Us page on our website. Please include your order number and a brief note about the issue.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. If approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Keep in mind: It may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t seen the refund, email us at support@theoriginaldancingcrab.com.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds - but we may issue store credit at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send photos if you can, it helps us speed up the process of negotiating with USPS.

We may send either send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
